If you are 60 or older, please join our Forever Young group for breakfast and fellowship at the Centerville Diner 2 (740 E. Main St., Mount Joy) the second Thursday of each month at 8:30am!
Come for an intentional time for women to gather to encourage and talk through various topics. There will be a small devotion to begin and then time for discussion at your tables. Typically meets the 3rd Sunday of the month throughout the school year, with a few variations to that schedule due to holidays or other women’s fellowship activities.
The women’s ministry is seeking to make disciples, and strive for our women to be Titus 2 women. We are called to be connected inter-generationally and to help one another. It is hard for this to occur on Sunday mornings. Therefore, this is a set time for us to be together; to talk, to encourage, to listen and to mentor (not a 1:1 mentoring relationship, but gleaning from one another - “Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another” Proverbs 27:17.)
*Light refreshments and coffee will be provided! Please sign up at the Information Center or on Realm!
Ladies, are you "eager to see God use ordinary relationships and conversations between ordinary Christians to work extraordinary miracles in the lives of his people?" If this describes you, please join our Women’s Bible Study where we will be spending time receiving "practical guidance for loving others well" from Ed Welch, a highly respected biblical author and counselor.
"Everyone needs help from time to time, especially in the midst of painful circumstances and difficult trials." His short book, Side by Side, will lead us through developing our "helping skills." Side by Side, is "written out of the conviction that friends are the best helpers. This introduction to biblical counseling will equip believers to share (our) burdens with one another through gentle words of wisdom and kind acts of love." Ministry leaders will be available for a brief time before and after the Morning Worship Service to discuss the various opportunities where you can apply your spiritual gifts. If you’re unable to attend in person, simply scan the QR code available in the bulletin on May 4 and inform us of the areas you are passionate about serving in, and we will make sure to connect with you!
We hope to see you there!

Child dedications are special occasions in the life of our church where parents bring their children before the Faith-Family and commit to nurturing them in an environment of love and fear of God. We are excited to announce that our next Child Dedication ceremony will be held on Sunday, June 22nd as part of our Morning Worship Service.
We are scheduling these ceremonies twice a year for anyone who would like to participate. If you would like to have your little one dedicated during this service, we welcome you to sign up for this event. We look forward to celebrating this meaningful moment with you and your family!
Parents, if you are interested in having your baby or child dedicated during this service, please register for this event by June 1st!

Attention all gentlemen! You are warmly welcomed to join us as we continue our study of the inspiring book, Disciplines of a Godly Man, by R. Kent Hughes. Renowned author John MacArthur praises it, saying, “If there is a spark of spiritual desire in your soul, this book will surely kindle it into a blazing passion for godly discipline.
We will be exploring 6 more enriching sessions from the book, held every other Wednesday of each month, upstairs in Room 206, starting from January 22 and running through April 2. These sessions will cover the topics of Discipline of Purity, Discipline of Prayer, Discipline of Tongue, Discipline of Work, Discipline of Leadership, and Discipline of Giving.
To best benefit from the study, we encourage you to purchase the book prior to the first meeting (if you haven’t already) and read the chapter on Purity. We are excited to have you join us!

This introduction to biblical counseling will equip believers to share (our) burdens with one another through gentle words of wisdom and kind acts of love." (book description taken from Amazon website)

Pack school packs with UNTO, right at our church! Globally more than 72 million elementary children are not in school. Without an education, a child’s future success is severely limited. They face limited earning potential and life-changing barriers for employment. Through the simple gift of CarePacks, you can help change their future. Your involvement will help provide school supplies for children who need it most — and provide opportunities for them to learn about the eternal hope of Jesus. The CarePacks will be personally delivered by in-country staff who live in the same communities as the children receiving them.
Summit Project Offering will be collected to help cover the cost of School CarePacks! Our goal is to raise at least $3,000 to cover the cost of 1,500 packs. Each pack costs $4 and UNTO provides $2 for each pack.(Give at the Welcome Desk offering box or on Realm - indicate Global Outreach Project Missions Project).
Join us and Outreach Keynote speaker, Wayne Weissman, as we take part in a Passover Seder on Friday evening. Wayne will be leading us in this meal and sacred tradition in a way that helps us see how the Jews have observed it for millennia.

Join Us for our Global Outreach Summit - February 23-March 2 (note this spans 2 Sunday mornings this year)
“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.” Matthew 5:17
Our Global Outreach Summit this year will be a different style than what we have been used to in years past. The Keynote Speaker, Wayne Weissman, will be teaching us through the Seven Feasts of Israel throughout the week and will help lead a Passover Seder on Friday evening. While we will hear briefly from a few other guests, the main focus will be on seeing Christ in the Feasts of Israel. Our prayer is that this teaching will inform us on the Children of Israel, but also help us to see the Gospel story throughout the Feasts, thus inspiring us to take this good news to Jewish neighbors in our paths, as well as the world as a whole.
