"Tis’ the season" and what better way to celebrate than with cookies! We invite the women of Calvary Bible to come for a cookie exchange on Friday, December 6. Bring 5 dozen of your favorite cookies (sign-up with link below) to exchange with one another and also make plates for the homebound in our Faith-Family. There will also be a station where you can make Christmas tags to add to plates to gift some of your goodies to your neighbors.
We will have a wonderful time gathering and drinking hot chocolate while we exchange cookies and then have a time of singing Christmas carols!

Join us for our final Advent service on Christmas Eve as we set aside time to remember our Savior’s birth. The service will take place from 6:00 -7:00 p.m. and will include the singing of Christmas carols, special music, a candlelight segment, a children’s sermon, and a brief devotional. Come out for some good fun and competition at the Calvary Bible Church Men’s 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament! The double elimination tournament is for all men ages 16 and up, and will be officiated by PIAA referees.
It is to be held at the church at the outdoor basketball courts on October 26 (rain date: November 2) starting at 9:00 a.m. The King’s Men Ministry is hoping to build on the success of previous tournaments and have a great day of basketball fun for the community, which will include prizes, food, and refreshments.

Join us on our upcoming Missions Trip to Nejapa Baptist Church of Light & Life in El Salvador! We are excited to work alongside our Global Outreach Partners, Pastor Roberto Pacheco and his wife Carla, as well as Adam Fridenstine from Baptist International Missions, Inc.
The team will engage in a variety of activities such as Bible distribution, working with the Mustard Seed Children’s Ministry, sponsoring a soccer tournament, visiting church members in Nejapa and surrounding areas, participating in a day long medical clinic, sharing testimonies, teaching / preaching in various venues and other ministry opportunities as time permits. On top of that, we will be providing, cooking and serving a meal for the Nejapa church family and the Nejapa community. Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity!

It is designed to help you learn about being a part of Christ’s Church, and particularly, Calvary Bible Church. Pastor Randy adds, "Plus, it gives me an opportunity to get to know you better."
We often ask what causes poverty. But the real question is, how do people create prosperity for themselves, their family, and their community? Join us as we take a look at poverty from a Biblical worldview and see how God would have us be part of the solution. This will be a 6-week series meeting during the ABF hour of church (9-10am), starting on October 6.
